The Sales area

Sales in the sidebar holds everything you need for selling day to day. The area has three tabs: Orders, Marketplaces and Prices.

Orders

This is where the pick list lives. At the top you see how many orders are waiting. If the pick list is still off, turn it on with Turn on pick list in the box at the top. More under “Pick list”.

The pick list starts with Plus. Without it, the tab shows View plans.

Marketplaces

Each marketplace has a card with its status, for example Running or Needs you. The card shows what needs doing right now: problems with listings, open handovers and, on eBay, moving listings from Actana CSVs to Managed Sync. With Plus you choose your marketplace at the top.

What you set up only once is on the card under Settings, for example Disconnect or the eBay Seller profile. More under “Connect marketplaces”.

Prices

This is where you create your pricing rule, see “Autopricing”. If the eBay CSV is set up, For the eBay file without a pricing rule shows below it with markup and minimum price. You change these values with Change in Settings → Selling.

Number and dot in the sidebar

  • The number on Sales shows how many orders are waiting. It appears once the pick list is on.
  • A dot shows that a marketplace needs you. The Marketplaces tab then shows the same dot.

Good to know

  • You set your sales region, reference prices, CSV export and export folder under Settings → Selling.
  • Anything else that needs you, such as a card sold twice or an expired connection, also shows in the bell. More under “Notifications in the bell”.
