Import from ManaBox

If your Magic cards are in ManaBox, you bring them into your Actana inventory with one file.

How it works

  1. Export your cards from ManaBox as CSV.
  2. In Actana, open Settings → Data and click Import next to Import from ManaBox.
  3. Choose the file or drop it into the window.

Matched cards go straight into your inventory, with quantity, condition, language and foil. A purchase price in euros or dollars is kept as your purchase price.

If rows are missing

Anything Actana can’t match clearly is listed under Not imported with the reason. Use Copy list to take the rows with you and add those cards by hand.

Good to know

  • The import works for Magic only.
  • If your inventory is still empty, you also find Import from ManaBox right in the inventory.
  • If the file no longer fits within your plan’s inventory limit, Actana imports nothing. Your stock stays unchanged.
  • Don’t import the same file twice, otherwise the cards appear twice in your inventory.
  • Imported cards don’t go online on their own. You list them in your inventory with List.
