Withdraw from a contract

Withdraw from an Actana contract.

If you purchased the plan as a consumer and the statutory withdrawal period is still running, you can make an unambiguous withdrawal declaration here.

Withdrawal notice

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform Darpin Digital, owner David Demircian, Forstgarten 2, 37603 Holzminden, Germany, email: info@tcgactana.com, through an unambiguous declaration. You may use the highlighted online withdrawal function at tcgactana.com/withdrawal. If you use this online function, we immediately send you an email receipt on a durable medium containing your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received. Sending the declaration before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt. We will normally use the same payment method. If you requested performance during the withdrawal period, a legally permissible proportionate amount may be payable for service provided before your withdrawal.
