Actana identifies your cards from scans, keeps your inventory and gets your cards to your marketplaces.
The areas of the app
- Overview: your active batch, running handovers and your activity over the last 7 days.
- Scan & sell: scan cards, review them and finish them as a batch.
- Inventory: every card you have added, with filters and collections.
- History: past batches. You can recreate old files there.
Plus and Pro add the Pick list. Everything else lives in Settings.
Games
Actana identifies Magic, Pokémon, One Piece and Riftbound. Yu-Gi-Oh! is in maintenance right now and can’t be chosen for new scans.
Ways to sell
- Directly: With Direct Listing your cards go straight to eBay, Shopify and ManaPool. Managed Sync then keeps your listings in step with Actana. Sold is gone everywhere.
- As a file: When you finish a batch, Actana creates a ready file for Cardmarket via TCG PowerTools, for TCGplayer or for eBay.
You can combine both in one batch. Only eBay goes either as a file or directly.
Good to know
- Your sales region under Settings → Marketplaces decides which marketplaces you see and which file is preselected for new batches.
- Files and unlimited scanning are in every plan. Direct Listing, Managed Sync and the pick list start with Plus. After buying, the app walks you through setup once, more under “Connect marketplaces”.
