You enter graded cards with company, grade and certificate and sell them through eBay or Shopify.
Enter them
- Open the card in the stack, section Price, grading, photos, and set Grading to Graded.
- Choose Company and Grade.
- Add the Certification number (optional) if you have it.
You can choose PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG, AOG and Other. Cards in a case that don’t fit through the scanner are added in the batch with Add card. You enter grading in the batch, not later in the inventory.
Price
Graded cards need a fixed price, otherwise the batch can’t be finished. Actana never reprices graded cards on its own.
Channels
- eBay and Shopify: Graded cards get their own listing, separate from the same card without grading. With a certification number, every slab is its own listing. Without a number, Actana groups the same company and grade.
- TCG PowerTools and TCGplayer: The files leave graded cards out. If the whole stack is graded, deselect these files.
- ManaPool: doesn’t take graded cards. If one is in the stack, deselect ManaPool or list it on eBay or Shopify.
Photos of the case
With your own photos, the listing shows only your photo of the case, without the stock image. That way buyers see the real case. You choose a photo on the card under Price, grading, photos. Without your own photo, the channel uses the stock image. More in “Your own photos for listings”.
Good to know
- For the eBay CSV, your template needs columns for grader and grade. If they’re missing, download the template from Seller Hub again.
- If a graded card has no target, add eBay or Shopify or remove the grading.
