With autopricing, Actana works out your prices from the market price, using a rule you set once.
Create a rule
- Open Settings → Marketplaces, section Autopricing, and save the rule once with Save profile.
- Click Create tiers. Choose the reference: for Cardmarket Trend price or Lowest (Low), for TCGplayer Market price or Lowest (Low).
- For each price range, use + Tier to set a Markup % and, if you like, a fixed Surcharge, then click Save.
With Lowest (Low) as the reference, a negative markup undercuts the lowest price. With Condition discounts you set what percentage of the NM price lower conditions cost.
Price bounds
Under More rules → Price bounds, use Add bounds to set a Floor price and a Ceiling price per currency. Your own bounds need both values. Without your own bounds, a floor of 0.25 and no ceiling apply.
When the rule applies
- when you finish a batch, for eBay Direct, ManaPool and Shopify, in the channel’s currency, as long as Autopricing is on in the finish window
- in the eBay CSV, with Plus and Pro
- once a day on marketplaces with Managed Sync, when Update prices automatically every day is on
Step by step
During daily repricing, a price moves at most by At most more expensive per run or At most cheaper per run, 20 % by default. If the market is further away, the price gets closer over several runs. These limits don’t apply to new listings from a batch. The two fields appear once daily updates are on.
Good to know
- You can create a rule in every plan.
- Daily repricing skips cards with a fixed price and graded cards.
- For cards without a reference price, the eBay CSV uses the Markup and Minimum price from your eBay CSV settings.
