Scan One Piece cards and verify the printing before export

One One Piece card name can belong to several separately listed printings. Your sales CSV therefore needs a reviewed printing and the details of the physical copy, not only the card name.

TCG Actana suggests a card and printing from scans or photos. Uncertain results stay open until you confirm or correct them against the physical card. The current workflow supports English One Piece cards.

Review the suggested printing

Choose One Piece before importing the One Piece images. Review every suggested printing against the physical card before accepting it.

Do not rely on the card name alone. The side-by-side view puts your scan next to the catalogue image of the suggestion, so you can check the printing before you accept it. If the result is uncertain, leave it open until you can confirm or correct it.

Prepare a useful image

Use a complete, sharp, and evenly lit image. Check the file before importing it and capture it again if the card is cut off or difficult to read.

The general guide to getting scans and photos into TCG Actana covers the import routes and what makes a useful card image.

Record the details of your copy

Check language, finish, condition, and quantity on the physical copy before export. The card condition guide explains the grades.

Export the reviewed batch

After review, export the batch as a CSV for TCG PowerTools. Actana carries the confirmed printing and copy details into the file.

Open a few rows before importing and compare the printing, condition, language, finish, and quantity with the physical cards. The TCG PowerTools export guide covers the complete handoff.

A useful first One Piece batch

Begin with a few English cards that you can check comfortably against the physical copies. Review every row and correct any open result before you move on to a larger batch.

If you add Magic or Pokémon cards later, switch the game selection first. During export, Actana automatically creates a separate CSV for each game.
