From a stack to a useful collection
The workflow has three clear stages:
- Capture: Select Riftbound and add complete card images.
- Review: Compare the suggested editions with the cards in hand.
- Organise: Add the confirmed batch to your searchable collection.
Choose existing files, drag them into the Scan view, or watch a scanner folder as it receives new images. One complete, sharp image per card is the simplest starting point. Keep the name, border, and printed edition details visible. Multi-card images are experimental and need closer checking.

Set and collector number create the structure
Actana connects the image with a suitable catalogue entry. For Riftbound, compare the card name, set, and collector number before saving it. Those details turn a loose list of names into a record of specific editions.
If more than one candidate remains, also check:
- the artwork
- visible edition marks
- the condition and finish of your copy
- the recorded quantity
You set condition and finish yourself. A single image may miss damage on the back or make a shiny surface look different under changing light.
Do not wave ambiguous cards through
A clean collection is easiest to build from the start. If several editions or artworks look similar, the card stays available for review. Use the physical copy to decide which entry belongs in your collection.
The result is more than a list of familiar card names. You retain the concrete edition and the number of copies you own.
The collection becomes more useful with each set
After saving the batch, search your Riftbound cards by name, set code, or collector number. The game filter separates a Riftbound-only view from your complete TCG collection without forcing you to maintain a second list.
Where suitable market data is available, Actana shows a reference value for the recorded edition. An available figure is not a guaranteed sale price, and a missing figure does not mean the card has no value.
Start small and keep the routine
Use a small batch from several sets or card types for the first test. Review each edition and only add the batch once its numbers, variants, and quantities are correct. From there, you can grow the Riftbound collection without having to untangle an inconsistent list later.
