The TCG Actana dashboard brings the size of your collection, its available market value, and its change over time into one view. It is an overview of the cards you recorded, not a promise about what the collection would sell for today.
Start with the selected market
Actana can show Cardmarket references in euros or TCGplayer references in US dollars. The market selected in your settings controls the currency and values used across the dashboard.
The two markets stay separate. Actana does not convert one into the other, and a card may have a matching value in one market but not the other. The broader guide to market values in Actana explains those limits.
Read the collection total with its context
The main figure adds the available values for the recorded cards and their quantities. Beside it, the dashboard shows how many cards and sets are currently represented.
The total depends on the data in your collection. Adding or removing a card, changing its quantity, or receiving updated market data can all change the figure. A missing price reference can also leave a card out of the value calculation for the selected market.
Use price history to see change, not cause
The chart lets you switch between 7, 30, 90, and 365 days. It follows the available daily references for the cards recorded in your collection during that period.
A line moving upwards does not explain why. Market data may have changed, or the contents of the collection may have changed. Use the chart to put today’s total in context, then inspect the cards themselves before drawing a conclusion.
Cards begin contributing to the collection history when they are added. Adding a card today does not rewrite the earlier part of the chart as if you had always owned it.
What top movements mean
When a comparison basis is available, the dashboard can show cards with the largest value movements. That basis is either a recorded purchase price or the market reference captured when the card was recorded.
This section helps you notice which cards have the largest absolute difference from their comparison basis. It does not predict the next movement and does not replace checking the current market.
Move from the overview to the cards
Use the dashboard to spot a question, then open the collection to answer it. Search for the card, check the exact printing and finish, and review the current market reference. The guide to organising and searching a large collection covers those tools.
The dashboard is most useful as a starting point: one place to see the current scale of the collection, its recent direction, and which recorded cards deserve a closer look.
